Workwear Blue Patchwork Pants

Inspired by the blue hues of gardening workwear, these pants are made from durable cotton drill in a vibrant, iconic blue. The organic shapes of the patchwork come from my daughter's imagination on our walks. She'd spot different shades of concrete on the footpath and call them the ocean, sometimes with sharks, so we'd have to carefully walk around them.

I wanted to record how children in this season turn the everyday into something alive. One day these will go back to being ordinary footpaths, but right now they hold adventures.
